Agent & Broker Agreement

This Agent & Broker Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Propatix and any real estate agent or broker ("Partner") who registers on the Platform.

1. Scope of Services

Partner will have access to Propatix's digital tools, GIS-powered analytics, and property listing management systems to promote their real estate portfolio.

2. Listing Accuracy & Spatial Integrity

Partner strictly agrees to provide accurate map coordinates for all listings and understands that manipulating property locations will result in immediate account suspension.

Propatix relies on precise location data for its suitability and analytics engine. Partner is responsible for the accuracy of all data submitted.

3. Fees and Payments

Partners agree to the fee structure outlined in their specific subscription plan. Propatix reserves the right to modify these fees with 30 days' notice.

4. Compliance & Verification

All partners must provide valid legal documentation for verification before their listings are published. This includes, where applicable, broker licenses and company registration.

5. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect while the Partner maintains an active account on Propatix. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms.
